Other fees (All housing)

Bedding【Purchase】 (Comforter, mattress, pillow, and sheet)	13,000yen	Fee for bedding must be paid in advance along with the dorm payment. The purchase price after arrival will be 14,000 yen, also, it cannot be guaranteed because the stock it limited.

Contract Term

The contract term is from the date of arrival to the date of move-out.
It is possible to extend the stay on a 6-month basis. In that case, the rent and the facility fee will be charged.

Application

We will proceed Registration of rooms according to the attached guidelines, and please pay the full initial fees by due date.
Rooms will be secured as we confirm your payment. A delay in the payment might result in room’s unavailability.

Notification

※①It includes the expense for 6 months (electricity, gas, water, internet). Extra fee will be charged for overuse, if it exceeds the limit. If payment has not made, the amount will be deducted from the deposit at moving-out.
※②The deposit (10,000 yen) will be refunded at move-out if there is no damage, loss, or distinct stains seen in the room.
※③Registration fee is not needed for extending the length of occupancy. It includes fire insurance. It will not be refunded for any reasons.
※④Dorms fees (all costs) need to be paid in full. Installment is not available.
