棉被組【購買】蓋被、鋪被、枕頭、床巾 Bedding【Purchase】 (Comforter, mattress, pillow, and sheet)	13,000日圓 13,000yen	棉被組的費用請事先連同住宿費一起繳納。如在抵達學校後才購買的情形下、價格將變為14,000日圓。因數量有限、所以有可能有無法提供的情形。 Fee for bedding must be paid in advance along with the dorm payment. The purchase price after arrival will be 14,000 yen, also, it cannot be guaranteed because the stock it limited.

入宿契約期間
Contract Term

契約期間的計算方式是指抵達日開始到各宿舍的退宿日當天的期間。在契約期間若中途退宿的情形下、將不會退回任何住宿費、及設備費用。
・The contract term is from the date of arrival to the date of move-out.
希望延長契約期間者可以提出以6個月期契約為單位的延長申請。契約延長申請時須繳納住宿費及設施費。
・It is possible to extend the stay on a 6-month basis. In that case, the rent and the facility fee will be charged.

申請方法
Application

請參考另付的說明書申請報名、並且在截止日前完成繳納初期費用的動作。
・We will proceed Registration of rooms according to the attached guidelines, and please pay the full initial fees by due date.
入宿的安排是以住宿費的繳納順序為依據的、延遲繳納者有可能無法被安排入宿。
・Rooms will be secured as we confirm your payment. A delay in the payment might result in room’s unavailability.

注意事項
Notification

注① ：契約月份(6個月期)的費用中包含(電費、瓦斯、水費、網路使用費)。超過使用量的情形下、需另行繳納超出部分的費用。
※①It includes the expense for 6 months (electricity, gas, water, internet). Extra fee will be charged for overuse, if it exceeds the limit. If payment has not made, the amount will be deducted from the deposit at moving-out.
注② ：各宿舍的保證金(10,000日圓)會在退宿時、在寢室內以及其他設備無任何毀損、遺失、明顯的髒污的情況下退還。
※②The deposit (10,000 yen) will be refunded at move-out if there is no damage, loss, or distinct stains seen in the room.
注③ ：欲延長住宿期間時、不需另行繳納入宿費。住宿費中包含火災保險費、此保險費在退宿時不予退還。
※③Registration fee is not needed for extending the length of occupancy. It includes fire insurance. It will not be refunded for any reasons.
注④ ：住宿費用必須一次繳清、不接受分期付款。
※④Dorms fees (all costs) need to be paid in full. Installment is not available.
