Information regarding the start of the 2020 school year (2nd Announcement)

Ehle Institute
On April 2nd, the Osaka Prefectural Government announced an extension of the class suspensions of prefectural schools until May 6th due to the spread of the new Coronavirus. Ehle Institute has therefore decided to cancel already announced events as well as to postpone the start of classes to prevent spreading of the Coronavirus among students and the staff.

- April 14th (Tuesday) New students class placement test
- April 21st (Tuesday) Class announcement
- April 22nd (Wednesday) Start of classes
【Department of International Communications】
- April 9th (Thursday) Second year class placement test
- April 13th (Monday) New students class placement test
- April 21st (Tuesday) Class announcement
- April 22nd (Wednesday) Start of classes
【Department of Applied Japanese】
- April 9th (Thursday) Second year class placement test
- April 10th (Friday) New students class placement test
- April 21st (Tuesday) Class announcement
- April 22nd (Wednesday) Start of classes
【Department of Japanese Education】
- April 14th (Tuesday) Start of classes for enrolled students
The new semester is planned to start on May 7th. Measures to support studying at home and to confirm the health of the students, such as having the school open once a week, are currently being considered. New information will be posted on the Ehle Institute homepage, so please check it regularly.
We are also considering how to help students who are currently unable to enter Japan.
